Sharing, reproducing, or distributing Society content without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
Information provided on the Site about our services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. All consulting engagements, deliverables, and service terms are governed by separate engagement agreements executed between the parties.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York County, New York.
